THE OXBOW
TRAIL DESCRIPTION
The Oxbow is a 3-hour paddle through the Grand River that loops back around. Enter the Grand River water at the Cockshutt Bridge Access Point on Erie Avenue. The paddling route can be exited at the Newport Bridge on Newport Road at County Road 18.
Many Grand River paddlers see wildlife along their route, including beavers, deer and many species of birds.
