DESCRIPTION:Join Brant Waterways and the Brant Tree Coalition for a free guided tour in Brantford’s best-kept secret, The New Forest in the City!\nThe New Forest in the City is a 78-acre forest that has been created through multiple community tree-planting events, seeing a total of over 73,000 native trees and shrubs planted. Come join us for a tour to discover one of Brantford’s best-kept secrets and find a new hiking area to join!\nThe hike will begin from the Abbott Court carpool lot off Garden Avenue at 10:00am and last approximately 1.5km.
